SMREVIEWS UPDATE: FAREWELL

Hello, SMReviews here.

Firstly, allow me to apologise for my inactivity in bringing you film reviews every week, this was for two reasons. The first being that I wasn’t feeling 100%, though I must stress it is nothing serious. Secondly, because there were a lot of things happening behind the scenes that took up a lot of my time, which I will get onto.

If some of you were still reading my reviews in early 2020, you may remember I posted similar updates about myself moving to Japan to start full-time work, but it was cancelled due to the beginnings of the COVID-19 pandemic. Well ever since then, I’ve been working very, very hard to make that a reality once again. Well after almost two and a half years of attempt after attempt, it has finally happened!!!

I am over the moon that this is happening again and can’t wait to get out there and be the best version of myself I can be. So obviously, this involves me stepping away from SMReviews which I have enjoyed immensely for coming up to seven years now.

I feel very proud to call this place my own little corner of the internet and to see that you’ve taken the time to read the ramblings of a madman, whose film obsession should be alarming, makes me feel so honoured. I had been an amazing experience.
